How do we advertise our Companies jobs?
By completing the brief recruiter registration form, which can be found here, you will receive your account access details by email. Registered users can logon into their account and purchase advertising packages online via Invoice, Pay Pal, Credit or Bank Card.

How do we make our company logo and banners appear?
HSE Jobs have an inhouse graphic design team who can create your banner adverts for you, all we require is a copy of your company logo in either .jpg or .gif format and we do the rest for you.

Can we use Broadbean or other remote posting facilities to advertise jobs on your website?
Yes we integrate with Broadbean and a number of other remote posting companies.

How do interested Jobseekers or Courseseekers contact us?
Interested Jobseekers or course seekers will contact you from the contact details on your advert EG via telephone or email. You can also hide your contact details, if a candidate applies to your job or course advert the application will be delivered to the hidden email address which is behind the "apply now" button on your advert.

Can we see how many people have applied to our jobs and view our job statistics and responses?
Yes, your recruiters account has detailed reporting pages which can be controlled from your recruiters menu, giving you the ability to search by dates of job uploaded, jobs currently active, filled and inactive jobs. These statistical pages allow recruiters to see exactly which Jobseekers have applied to which job, and it also shows you how many people have viewed your advert.

How do we advertise our Courses?
Similar to advertising jobs, your recruiter account allows you to purchase course advert credits to match your requirements, this way you can advertise a single course for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months or advertise unlimited courses.

Do you have a CV search facility?
Yes, registered recruiters may also purchase CV search credits from their recruiters menu, this give the flexibility to search our extensive and continually growing CV database as and when fits your requirements.

Can Jobseekers click and view our company website link?
Yes, when registering for your recruiter account you have the facility to add your company website link, or this can be added at a later date from your recruiters menu. This website link will be shown on your job and course adverts allowing Jobseekers to visit your corporate website as and when they want. The direct link to your website is also beneficial from a SEO perspective due to the HSEJobs.co.uk site rankings in all of the major search engines.

Can Interested Jobseekers\Applications who click on our jobs advertised be redirected to our own careers page so that they can make their application on our system?
Yes, you have the option to redirect jobseekers to your own website where they can make their application EG if a jobseeker clicks on the "apply now" button on your HSE jobs advert the jobseeker will be redirected to any website link you provide us with.

Can we attach supporting documents and application forms to our job adverts?
Supporting documents can be attached and uploaded to your job adverts in common formats such as .PDF or .DOC. This is ideal if you want to upload some further general information about your company or jobs or attach an application form. 

Do you have a screening facility/brief questionnaire for candidates to fill out when they apply to our jobs?
Yes recruiters have the ability to filter their job applications by adding screening questions to your job adverts.
